When you spend week after week combing through photographs of celebrities attending red-carpet events around the world, you begin to develop a list of those women whom you just know always bring it on. This week, it seems a handful of those favorites were out and about. They not surprisingly once again achieved perfection when it came to their hair and makeup, from Emma Stone and her playful updo to Marion Cotillard and her flawless cat eye and Rachel Weisz and her sultry split eyeliner. Michelle Williams may not change things up drastically from one appearance to the next, but she never ceases to be stunning and stylish. Even Miley Cyrus is nudging her way into the beauty big leagues, celebrating her Valentine's Day by wearing piecey lashes and a saturated matte red lip that made every bit of a personal statement.
