Workout Wednesday: 5 Workouts to Get the Inner Thigh Gap


Especially during swimsuit season, we all crave the elusive thigh gap. If you don't know what we're talking about, it's that space that appears when you're standing up and your thighs don't touch together. 
I love this workout because it gives you extra information on correct form. We do it with a medicine ball, but grab whatever you've got to add some extra weight!
This workout doesn't require any weights, so it'd be a great one to do when you're out of town. 
If you don't know what some of these exercises are, head to google or YouTube for an explanation. It will definitely leave you exhausted, but you'll feel so accomplished when you're done!
This is a great workout if you need a burst of energy during the day. These five exercises are the key to the thigh gap!
I'm a big fan of pilates, and this workout is perfect for those of us that love to work out on a mat.
