5 Lean Leg Workouts


Most of the country has been experiencing quite the heat wave this summer and the only solution is short dresses, all the time. When we're constantly exposing our legs, we want to make sure they're in the best shape possible! These are five of our favorite lean leg workouts that help sculpt and tone our legs!
This workout is easy to keep track of because you do everything in sets of 10! That makes it seem very attainable (except for maybe that 100 second wall sit) and will leave your legs very sore the next day. 
For those of us that get sick of just doing squats and lunges for our legs, this workout is a great alternative. 
Circuit training is a great way to work out, and this one would totally fit in any circuit workout you like. 
I love seeing workouts in an image, and this leg pyramid is no different. It helps those of us that need a little visual motivation!
We've shared this Dancer Leg workout  before, and every time I do it, my thighs are burning the next day! It's so fast and can easily be combined with 20-30 minutes of cardio for a full workout.
